No policy documents and it’s been a whole day. Tried to reset my account password twice to log in, no email recieved despite message saying a link will be sent. Emailed and no response. Essentially taken money and no documentation or response to my email to confirm the insurance/policy etc. doesn’t give me much confidence in accessing the company if god forbid there is an urgent need.

Having investigated your policy, we can see that the policy documents were successfully sent following purchase and were subsequently opened. It may be that there was some confusion, as the policy documents are included within the confirmation email rather than being sent separately.
With regard to the password reset emails, it appears that no online account had been created, which is why a password reset link would not have been generated.
We'd also like to reassure you that we have not ignored your enquiry. Your email was received at around 9pm, and our automatic acknowledgement advises customers to allow up to 24 hours for a response. I can confirm that we have now responded within that timeframe.
In addition, we've tried to contact you by phone to help resolve the issue and talk you through your documentation, but unfortunately we've been unable to reach you so far.
We understand how this situation could affect your confidence, but we're keen to help and ensure you have everything you need. Please get in touch with us when convenient, and we'll be happy to assist further.
