since the switch over from cash money i have had nothing but a headache...as cash money agreed to release more $ into the bank account. however they never released the link associated with the $ to be released, they only gave me the password to get the $. without the link the password then become invalid. 3 months l8r they still told me that i have to prove that i never received the $before they could help me. i had tried to create an account with lend direct with no availability to gain access. they have said they will not take the interest off besides the $ increased that was not received by my bank account. with 35% interest added onto my amount owing they were gun ho to use the interest to up charge the account and refuse to remove any of the interest included with the Money not received. they said it is not their problem.
