Lied to me about an electrical issue that had two category one hazards. Tried to miss lead (lie) and gaslight me into thinking an electrical certificate made them completely immune to issues and claimed it was the electricians fault for supplying them with the certificate not them even though legally it's their fault. Was extremely rude on every email and even tried telling me I should be grateful amazingly. Some of the worst and rudest service iv ever received. Beware of them as a tenant they do not put you first in York. I pay premium rent and essentially got treated like dirt.

We were given good and realistic advice on how to price and market our property. The sales negotiation with the prospective buyer was handled deftly with a fair price being quickly agreed between all parties. Our contact was Grace Laver who was enthusiastic, diligent, kept us up to date regularly and and was easy to get in contact with. Grace laver provided a first class service.

Very bigoted , full of dishonesty , discrimination and bunch of thieves. You have stolen my holding deposit £322 and this money belongs to my disabled child. You have no morals or legal rights to do so . You refused my offer to put 6 month rent in advance and you have asked me for a guarantor instead which I have done so and despite I have provided you with guarantor who is legally responsible for everything you still terminated my tenancy agreement and stolen the holding deposit £322. Big shame on you and you shouldn’t be in business because you just use and abuse the vulnerable people who are desperate to find accommodation at times where it’s housing crisis.
Anyway thanks for your bigotry and discrimination because I have a brand new home for life now .
