I returned a pair of sandals to Linzi and had an email to confirm they had received them in the 29th June to them be told on the Linzi website that my refund could take up to the 14th August, how can a company take so long to refund and it’s a credit for there store so I was going to purchase the sandals again in the correct size, ridiculous, but when you buy something it’s taken instantly from your account, I certainly won’t be using them again

I will never order from Linzi again shocking customer service!! I returned my order to them on 15 June and I am still waiting for my refund. When chasing this with customer service I was told allow 14 days now they say allow 30 it’s just not acceptable!! I’m only returning the order as they sent me the wrong size in the first place!! Absolutely shocking service!!

I won’t buy from this company again. I ordered two pairs of shoes, one just wasn’t suitable but the other pair I wore once and they have cut my feet open. I had an email exchange with the ‘customer service’ and was told that I should just wear blister plasters whilst I wear them in. Had they blistered my feet that would have been an option and I wouldn’t have even felt the need to contact them, but, they were actually cut open and bleeding. I have needed plasters to wear any other shoes comfortably since. They won’t refund these shoes as the wording on the website says that ‘comfort’ isn’t a reason for return!
I am absolutely infuriated with this brand. To start with I ordered two pairs of shoes. These were lost in transit (I get not completely the fault of the supplier) however this company’s customer service is next to none. Submitting forms and not hearing back. It took two weeks for my issue to be dealt with and a new order be sent out. In which I have just received and they have sent me a brown pair of shoes when I ordered the ivory. Now I will have to spent the next two weeks arguing about this to get anywhere. I need this dealing with

I paid extra for express delivery and my parcel took over a week to come.
I have returned them but there were no clear instructions on how to do this.
I have received an email stating that they have received my return but that I won’t receive my refund for another 2-4 weeks.
I have sent an email but they are slow to reply. I think that I will take this matter up with my bank.

I ordered the following pair of shoes - Scarlett Brown faux leather strappy heels for a wedding. Order no: L1228471
I placed the order back on 11th June 2026, however they arrived in such poor condition with glue all over the shoes. I hopped straight in the chat and spoke to a very helpful lady (Sophie) who advised to send photos and mark on my return that the product arrived faulty/damaged. I can see on the Evri tracking you received the shoes on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 and when looking the other day it said expected refund between 4th - 20th July. It has now changed to 13th July - 4th August. This is totally unacceptable as you sent me a faulty product.
I would appreciate if somebody could contact me otherwise I will have no choice but to raise this with my bank as you have received the order back now and I’m without my refund.

It takes an unreasonable amount of time to receive a refund for returned items. I returned an item to Linzi which was tracked and marked as returned on June 20th and I'm still waiting for even a confirmation that the returned item has been received let alone my actual money back.

Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit but they were good quality.
After 2 weeks of sending them back through Evri they still hadn't been delivered. I contacted Linzi and answered very quickly and couldn't have been more helpful and contacted Evri themselves to find out the situation and then manually refunded me. Very impressed with the customer service.

I ordered shoes which arrived quickly. However when I organised an exchange of the item it was the slowest process ever. This was the beginning of June and I still haven't received the exchanged item. Very slow service and poor customer communication. I was told different time frames in the emails. The shoes are lovely but I don't think the hassle is worth ordering from this company unless they change their exchange/refund timeframe. There is no excuse why it takes nearly 1 month for an exchange or refund.

Don't waste your time or money. I ordered two pairs of sandals, but I had to return them. They received the returned items on 19 June, yet I still haven't received my refund. Instead, they kept pushing the expected refund date further and further back.
I've now opened a case against them, which I hope will resolve the issue, as I haven't received any support from Linzi. I won't be ordering from them again in the future. They have their products back and they still have my money.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
