Had been looking for a new car for months I saw one in the Charles Hurst web site. when there I was approached by Mario at Boucher Rd and he explained the one I was looking for was at the Vauxhall showroom so he walked across with me asking questions as to what I was looking for my budget etc I saw two cars I liked Mario was very helpful and business like I saw the car I had seen but he showed me a selection without putting me under any pressure we went for a test drive and I loved it. He took me through all the paperwork and explained everything in simple terms. When I picked the car up he had it waiting and once again made sure I understood all the instruments and even connected my phone to Apple play. The service I received was exceptional and it made buying a new car a pleasure.

Lookers in Stockport is an easy and delightful place to buy a car. Was given guidance by Frazer, who knew a lot about the various cars I was interested in. It took very little time to complete the transaction, he arranged the paperwork and even went to the post office to get the tax, so very grateful for such lovely service and help. Showroom is a pleasant place to be in a heatwave.
Service & MOT carried out as booked & all good as usual from the mechanic side. Original booked date was wrong (online booking) but a new date was arranged. It was booked as an 'all day' appointment which I've never had before & which I wasn't aware of so had to leave the car & get 2 x taxis (home & back) which was an additional cost not factored in. Smooth process once the car was in but I thought it would be just a morning job. The actual work was all good but the booking side need to be outlined when made if its going to be an all day appointment as this was not made clear. Seat Stockport are all good though.
The car so far is excellent but the delays to delivery caused by Ford manufacturing were completely unacceptable. The car was placed on hold due to a headlight issue. Original delivery was end of May, then sometime in June, then maybe August then back to end of June. I had to get a short term lease from another company at my own considerable expense.
