Found the car on the website and drove up the next day. We were welcomed by Frankie who sat us down and went through all the details of what we wanted and answered all our questions. (We had lots as never had a hybrid before!)
We then went for a test drive for as long as we wanted.
We negotiated a price for our part exchange which matched other offers we had.
Picked the car up the following week and all the little niggles we had, like a few scratches on the bumper, had been resolved really well.
Frankie gave us another run through of all the controls and kindly set up my phone and the ford app with me.

Are there any honest car or van dealers out there.just had valuation on trade in was £800 under true price. From two lookers van centres .I had done a deal .two hours later lookers at Leeds offered 800 pounds more.
Why do all dealers not give you what your part exchange is worth do they not make enough money on our trade ins.
We're have the honest dealers all gone.

The purchase of my new Puma went well , but the actual specification of the car did not quite match the specification of the advertisement . Lockers are looking in to the discrepancy.

We wanted to purchase a ford Kuga which we had viewed on their website as it fitted our requirements. i contacted them by telephone to show interest and book an appointment which fell on the saturday. went to look and found it was very nice very clean and blemish free, Had a test drive around colchester town and the car handled very smoothly. I then agreed to purchase the vehicle in question from the staff and collected it the following tuesday. I have bought fords all my life and this was by far the best purchase experiance ive had in 20 years of buying cars for me and my wife.

I don't replace my vehicle that often but I can say without any doubt the experience at Lookers couldn't have been better.
They had the vehicle I was interested in and my salesperson, Mitch, couldn't have been more helpful.
The hour long, unaccompanied test drive was a great way to get a real feel for the car.
A very acceptable deal was agreed including the trade in on my old vehicle. Everything was clearly explained without feeling any pressure to sign up to different schemes.

My contact person who saw me through the whole process of renewing the lease on my motorbility car . He explained everything clearly, and showed me all the differences on my new car so I felt confident in driving it. He organised for the people to come to the showroom to transfer the wheelchair hoist from my previous car , and that was something I really appreciated.
Whilst this was being done myself and my daughter were given a comfortable place to wait with access to hot drinks.
Everything went smoothly and that was because George, went out of his way to make sure of that.
Overall it was a good experience at a time which can be quite overwhelming.

Changing my two year old Puma for a brand new one was seamless. My new car was delivered and my old car was taken away. The delivery was arranged for four days before my car insurance ran out. The Ford Insurance cover allowed me to insure the new car on the renewal date. All the processes for registering the new car, taxing the new car and reporting the sale of my old car to the DVLA were completed by the sales team.
All the administrative documentation and hire purchase documents were explained to me by the Sales Executive before I signed them.

I was kept well informed about the process of buying a new car. The sales staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
