I found everyone that I had dealings with very friendly and so helpful. Dan who sold me my car, went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I could collect my new car when it was convenient for me. Would definitely recommend getting a used car from Lookers.

Callum was extremely helpful, professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He answered all my questions, sorted out delivery and collection of my old vehicle stress free when I am 240 miles away from the showroom. Dan flude was very helpful he answered all the questions we asked him even asked us some questions on what we won’t he even spent time and explained how the car works and what all the buttons were for so very happy

Overall the experience was great, I was treated well and not pushed to make any decisions about my new car, (which I have ended up purchasing). I was looked after by Dan Flude, and I couldn't rate him higher

After multiple issues with a different branch, the manager at sheffield Richard managed to resolve all the issues with the help from Charlie and Savio, they kept me informed all the way through and I finally picked up the vehicle yesterday 18/09/25. So far so good and I have no problem recommending this company to others.

My recent experience with Richard in Used Cars was most friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service both in handling my documents through to handing over the car. Made an enquiry and the day after I had a phone call and a personal video of the ranger I was interested in. Went down a few days later to look at the vehicle.
Callum was very helpful, giving me all the detail I needed. Slight dint in the tail gate but that was sorted quickly.
Picked up the ranger on Friday and it’s amazing!

Enquired about a Ranger via Internet 9.30pm. The following morning I had 2 telephone conversations and a personalised video by 10am. Some people might think this is a pushy tactic but if you want something and not a timewaster the communication and video are a valuable tool and give an accurate insight to the vehicle. Callum kept me up to date and even sent a further video when a slight Dent in tailgate was removed as agreed. When I went to collect the Ranger a few days later the appearance and condition was better than in videos and to say I was over the moon would be understatement.first class service from lookers and a fantastic salesman Callum. I was extremely impressed from start to finish with the service I received at Lookers Sheffield from both Rick and Ryan.They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about linking my needs to a car that was suitable (being disabled). They patiently explained all the pros and cons of each individual vehicle. Without any pressure I was able to settle on a suitable choice.
I was able to see my choice in action and later take it for a test drive during which time a whole range of features were pointed out.
Having made my decision they were extremely efficient in dealing with the paperwork and arranging for me ti receive my car in short order.
Upon receipt of my car I was given a very inclusive instruction on how everything worked which was especially important as I have never owned nor driven an electric or automatic car before. I felt able to ask the most basic of questions until I felt comfortable in my ability to be in control,
I drove away completely satisfied and with the knowledge that if I encountered any problems at all, that I had some where to turn to for help.
To conclude I would highly recommend this dealership.
