New Grandland Ultimate
Sales rep John ashurst has been helpful as always.
Everything completed beforehand so picking the car up was an easy experience.
Had to pop back the following day and John saw me driving in so came straight out which I was pleased with. He found me a technician as it was just a tyre pressure symbol. Sorted in 5 minutes and away again.

Excellent customer service, didnt know what car i was wanting there was no sales pressure from staff whilst looking about in my own time, when i needed assistance Nicholas let me look at a few he thought i may like, and by listening to me and what i was wanting he found me my perfect car . Everything was explained to me clearly and what can usually be stressful time was actually relaxed and an enjoyable experience .

Nick looked after us well
Nick looked after us well. We got the type of vehicle we wanted (5 door) in the price range that we were happy with. Everything was well explained and the vehicle was ready at the arranged time after its final preparation. Nick listened to our needs and provided a solution. He did offer additional services and protection. Some of which we took and others we didn’t. We have a newer vehicle that we are are happy with and protection for 3 years giving us peace of mind👍
