The training provided by Miles was to a high standard with many opportunities for questions to be answered throughout.

I attended training at the Loxone UK facility from 5–8 October 2026 and had a great experience. The facility was impressive and thoughtfully set up to demonstrate Loxone’s capabilities in real time. Having the opportunity to see the system in action helped bring the training to life and gave me a clearer understanding of what it can achieve in practice.
An inspiring place to learn, and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone interested in Loxone.

I went into the Loxone course feeling genuinely apprehensive. Coming from an electrical background, Loxone was a completely new system to me. Given the comprehensive, high-end nature of the product range, I was concerned that I might struggle to keep up with everything covered.

I needn’t have worried. Miles, our trainer, was absolutely fantastic throughout the course. He took the time to ensure that everyone understood each aspect before moving on and was always happy to explain something again or approach it from a different angle when needed. Most importantly, he did this without ever making anyone feel uncomfortable about asking a question or not understanding something immediately.

Miles created a relaxed and friendly learning environment, which made a huge difference to me personally. Considering how daunting the system had seemed before I arrived, I came away feeling far more confident and genuinely excited about putting what I had learned into practice.

The course was extremely well organised and professional. The training facilities were excellent, and the food and hospitality provided throughout were phenomenal.

Overall, it was a genuinely excellent course, and Miles deserves a great deal of credit for that. His knowledge of Loxone is clear, but just as importantly, he has the ability to explain it in a way that makes a complex system feel approachable.

As the owner of New Generation Electrics, I’ve been exploring Loxone for our smart-home projects, including visiting Theo with clients to discuss the plans for their home.

What really appeals to me is the joined-up approach—bringing lighting, heating, shading and energy management together, rather than having lots of separate gadgets and apps. For me, a smart home should make everyday life easier and more comfortable, not more complicated.

It’s very much in line with the direction we’re taking as a business: thoughtful design and technology with a genuine purpose. Excited to keep developing our projects with Loxone.

Loxone have a fantastic set up at Theale, easy access, easy parking, and all the facilities you would need during your course. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help with any technical questions, our trainer Miles, was especially great, with his relaxed, friendly, but very informed approach, he made the four days very enjoyable a great balance between learning and good banter, resulting in a good understanding of exactly how versatile Loxone as a product is.
