This is my personal experience.

It was my first time buying from this shop. It has been 13 days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my shipment. I don’t know whether my order will actually be shipped. I also haven’t received any replies to my emails.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this shop. Very disappointing customer service and a very poor shopping experience.

Outstanding service from Lucky One. Ordered a LIP T24 Churchill watch on the 8th June and was advised that delivery to Northern Ireland could be around the 17th. However, my watch (which was expertly packaged) arrived via fully-tracked FedEx delivery on the 12th!!!

Amazing experience from the beginning! The whole team was superb. Especially Hugo, who was incredibly patient, helpful, and responsive. I had a lot of questions, and hesitated quite a bit, going back and forth, but never once did I feel that he was losing patience with me. Thanks to him, I was able to decide on the perfect chain to offer my husband. Once my order was placed, the delivery was speedy and efficient. Most importantly, my husband loved his chain ❤

I bought two French watches from this company. Although the parcel arrived with some delays, I was very happy when I received it. The parcel was well-protected, and the certificate of guarantee was prefilled and put into a small letter.
