Maria Tash Liberty London - Outstanding Service
My 15 yr old daughter had her earlobes pierced for the first time and had the trinity ball earrings fitted with threaded posts. I had a helix piercing and the diamond eternity hoop. I had pre booked. We found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The piercer was excellent, explaining the process and being patient whilst my daughter moved the hole positioning beforehand. It was a great experience and the earrings are lovely. All piercings have been healing brilliantly with zero issues. However, after three weeks of wear one of the frontals from my daughter’s earrings went missing, despite regularly checking the threads were tight. I received an outstanding service from customer services, it was quick and thoughtful with a goodwill gesture offered to replace it after explaining the situation. I realised that they didn’t have to do this. We will be visiting at the weekend to get it fitted. A great service all round, I would highly recommend for a special treat!
Pretty jewellery shame about the staff
Pretty jewellery shame about the staff. If I had encountered rude staff just the once I’d put it down to bad experience but to have a bad experience each visit its not acceptable. With so much competition they really need to do better, sadly the jewellery isn’t that good that the staff can act like jumped up A/holes. After seeing the shocking bad reviews on here I’m clearly not the only one that feels this way.

Maria Tash… high quality experience and expertise
Maria Tash is a brand known for luxury piercing and fine jewellery at Liberty and it hit 10/10 on every level.
From my questions en route to the store about ID, to meeting a very calm and welcoming Dimitri who was so inclusive with my 9 year old daughter … involving her in the signing in process. He gave us honest opinions on the style of earrings available (which are all stunning) and reassured my daughter with all of her questions - letting us sit in a private waiting area - even speeding us through the queue to avoid my daughter having too much time to overthink…it helped that he was very cool and a clear fan of TASH jewellery himself!
Remember … real needles and at least 14k are the ideal route for children’s ear piercing! This is why we chose Maria TASH!
Our piercing experience was with the professional PIERCER EMMA… I’m eternally grateful to her.
My daughters’ ‘rite of passage’ experience was memorable … Emma was calm, a people person with huge patience. We worked as a great team to get the end result, all centred around the needs of my daughter … reassuring her along the way!
It was our privilege to witness her skill and ability and to make the experience a wonderful mumma and daughter time. Again it helped that Emma was a clear artist of piercing herself and had pink hair - like my daughter (for her birthday) a win win for us and inspirational for my 9 year old.
Thank you for the after care guidance, the photo and certificate and for a fun/comfortable time … WE DID IT!!!
Another great Maria Tash experience at Liberty of London
I wanted to leave a review as I had such a lovely experience yesterday, and was surprised to see negative reviews. I’ve been coming to this Maria Tash for years and have always had amazing service. Yesterday was I think my 4th piercing experience there (and I’ve been other times to buy jewellery) and I also bought my daughter for her 3rd piercing too. We were looked after so well by Cassia (who’s helped me previously and even remembered me - she is totally fantastic) and also Kieran (sorry may be Ciaran), the head piercer. They are all so expert and great with advice, suggestions and just honest opinions, which is what you want. Couldn’t fault. We left very happy after another great experience.
I went to Maria tash with my mum and…
I went to Maria tash with my mum and girlfriend in hopes of getting my girlfriend a nice birthday present. But we were met with utter disrespect, rudeness and unpleasant actions from the staff. The man was extremely rude and petty and did not try to help at all. Do better
Poor quality product and poor attitude from Maria Tash staff
Similar to other reviews and comments online, one of my Maria Tash studs simply came apart in my ear as the decorative piece came away from the post. I returned it to Liberty and was astonished to be told that the warranty period was only six months and a repair would be £50 for a gold and diamond earring worth £375. To make matters worse the senior Maria Tash staff were unpleasant to deal with. Comments included 'gold is malleable' and a sarcastic 'Happy Christmas' as we left the counter, having decided not to pay for the repair. This was particularly surprising and disappointing as my previous experiences have been very good and the piercing staff themselves are excellent. Fortunately Liberty Customer Services have come to the rescue and the Liberty staff could not have been more helpful. I've now received an offer to repair the earring. But I certainly won't be purchasing any more Maria Tash jewellery and wish I didn't own so many of their earrings already, as I'm concerned that the same thing might happen again.
Staff customer service very uncomfortable experience
An item bought in August as a gift lasted 31 days before it broke. The company had been contacted about replacing it and agreed if the item was taken back to the store. However on returning it yesterday before the assistant even looked at the item said I needed to provide screenshot evidence of the email trail confirming it would be replaced when the screenshot didn’t have the email address on I had to produce another screen shot. Eventually he did change the item but customer service shocking. I reported and had a response to say they were sorry and that they would offer me 10% off my next purchase, if I informed them of my visit in advance they would ensure I was greeted by the store manager who would assist me directly. However the damage is already done, I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the person who served me and with paying £200 for a very small product would expect it to last longer than a month so clearly their products are substandard and I won’t be purchasing any of their products in the future.

It's taken me a while to write this…
It's taken me a while to write this review, but I'm really not happy with either the quality of the piercing after 5 years(!) it has been one thing after another. Tried to get the piercing studs replaced and received no help whatsoever. Endless queues in the store, unhelpful staff and I've since been told the piercing in my upper lobe wasn't done correctly. it knocks against the cartilage bone and has closed up multiple times, every time I try to put a stud in it is painful. I think this place is just traumatic from start to finish, avoid, shop local with someone you can actually speak to and trust. the clasps on the hoop earrings also don't close properly, I got the rose gold hoops and they fall out every time I put them in.

Excellent Experience 🥰 Steve is fantastic
I went to Maria Tash in Liberty’s and the staff were amazing. I wanted a Daith piercing, but unfortunately, I don’t have the ear anatomy for it 😔 they gave me options and I went for a Maria Tash Rook instead. I was so so happy with the piercing. STEVE my piercer was amazing and explained everything so well and was incredibly professional. Previously, I had a helix piercing in Beverley Hills and Liberty was just has good / without a champagne reception. The staff and STEVE were great and I will definitely be back for another piercing with Maria Tash. Thank you for an incredible experience Xxxxx
