Great prices and fast delivery

I ordered eye drops and eye cream which arrived quickly. The problem is that the safety seal was broken on the eye drops and the package looks like it had been tampered with. For hygiene safety reasons I can not use. I contacted the company, sent photos, and asked for a replacement and I would return the unfit product. Instead of replacing straight away, they are now 'looking into it':
"I will escalate this report to the relevant teams to make sure changes are made to prevent this from happening again"
and:
"In the meantime, I have made a note that you would prefer a replacement. I will try my best to offer a resolution suited to your preference. Depending on the case, I should be able to resolve this within 2 working days once I have the information requested"

I have already sent photos which was everything requested.

This is not rocket science. You've sent me an unusable item. Please stop messing around with marketing babble and do the right thing. Send me a replacement and tell me how to return the dodgy item back to you. Or refund me and I'll go elsewhere. My eyes are very painful.

I placed my order on Saturday evening & received my goods on the Tuesday (order was over £30).
I ordered Nasogel & a hand wash which was very competitively priced. The goods arrived well packaged in their original sealed boxes. I’d defo order from Medino again.

The best on line pharmacy I could have found with great variaty of products, great prices and umbeatable delivery times. Today I placed my order at 6:18pm and at 7:17pm my order was dispatched and 2 minutes later at 7:19pm I had the verification of dispatch and the tracking number from the shipping company. Ι will receive the next day my parcel as always.

Fast delivery. Difficult to tell if the tablets do any good but my spasms do appear to have dissipated so they may be working. The price was excellent
