Great support. They couldn't sell me a spare part for my pizza oven on its own but went out of their way to source the part and send it to me free of charge. Pizza oven was well out of warranty already and is no longer sold.

I recently bought the Bounce Ball game as a gift for my nephews (who live abroad). With the first game, the pins broke. Such disappointment. I contacted the service asking to talk to the store I bought it from (as if I would bring a faulty game back to Denmark to receive the compensation). Ensure you offer better guarantees, or do not state this in your products!

Outstanding customer service, We lost the button to our pizza oven. And within a week we received a replacement, free of charge.
This is customer service that makes a customer a promoter for cozze pizza ovens.
