Very helpful staff, young lady in particular was super helpful with my request and we ordered a coolbox online. Whatever they do not have in stock they're willing to go the extra mile to help

Went in to buy a powerbank and the customer service was wonderful - both Angus and Kerry were lovely!!

Excellent customer service from a very young lad called James in your Andover branch. Went in looking for work socks on the off chance they did them, ended up with 2 packs of 3 and I am very happy with them.

Very helpful and friendly staff. One thing we wanted was not in the size we needed. They took time to suggest several ways to get the size we wanted.

The two shop assistants were very helpful and friendly. I tried on 2 boxed garments that did not fit so both needed to be folded up back into their boxes. Olly happily did this and made a good job of it.

I went in with my mother to buy some shoes for dofe. Millets isn’t really local to me but similar stores nearby didn’t have any shoes that were quite right for me. An amazing staff member helped me out and i’ve found some shoes that are very comfortable and a good fit. The experience and service was very good and i’m very happy with the shoes.

I had to return a Lowe Alpine backpack which was sent in error as it was the wrong one dispatched. The staff at Andover were exceptional in their assistance not only in resolving the matter but also ordering on my my behalf another. The new bag arrived the following day. Thank you.

After the online branch of millets sent the wrong item, the manager and assistant at the shop in andover sorted the issue effectivey and efficiently and were extremely polite throughout, apologising for a mistake that wasn't their fault. They still took ownership and resolved my problem with minimum of fuss. Thank you
