I ordered 25 postcards in A5 size, in four different designs. One of the four came misaligned, so there was a weird border on 3 sides. After discussing with the helpline over emails, they sent over a complimentary pack which is perfect. Very good service!
There was an issue with the first shipment. Customer support was very responsive and friendly. The order was reshipped, and this time there were no problems. Thank you, MOO.

An absolutely first-class service & products - the platform is effortless to use, and flags any possible issues with the design & layout. & having a choice of express delivery/turnaround is a real boon for anyone on a tight timeline. I'd previously been a Vistaprint advocate, but this is a cut above and I will be using Moo for all future print projects
