I have previously bought tubs of your clear collagen protein in peach tea from Holland and Barrett and thought I was getting the same product again. It’s definitely not the same and is a murkier muddier looking drink, less pleasant to consume. However it will do the job

Really disappointed for the second time. I ordered a smoothie protein powder and it got damaged in dispatch. It took a while to sort and it wasn’t clear my options. I thought I’d try again and yet again there has been an issue with dispatch - re rerouted?! I won’t buy from here again as it takes too long. Sad as I like the products but it becomes another job to sort and locate where my product is.

I received my recent Myprotein order only to find the Impact Protein Bars expire in 42 days, while every other item in the exact same order expires in 2027 and 2028.
Dispatching near-expiry stock at full price to returning customers is unacceptable.
When I raised this, 'Quality Compliance" claimed 42 days was "enough time to eat 6 bars"-completely missing the point that shelf-stable goods are meant to last, and expecting customers to adjust their eating habits to clear warehouse stock is terrible service.
To make matters worse, the email sent by Compliance explicitly stated it was a "no-reply" unmonitored address. Yet, live chat agents repeatedly refused to escalate my case, insisting I reply to that exact unmonitored email address.
I am left holding short-dated stock with agents refusing to provide a prepaid
return label or full refund (Order no. 778847548).

Excellent quality products. Love the clear whey powder especially the orange & mango. The whey milkshake in salted caramel is yum.

The day after I spent £200 on Protein Clear, you promoted a 35% discount. I would have expected you to have retrospectively sent me a voucher code for the difference, and being a regular customer.

I’ve been using Myprotein on and off for over 20 years, and it’s one of those companies that has really stood the test of time. I think that comes down to consistently offering good-quality products at reasonable prices.

The fitness supplement market is incredibly saturated, but Myprotein keeps things simple with clear messaging, competitive pricing and products that are both tasty and effective. There’s almost always a deal available too, which certainly helps!

I often find myself stocking up or trying something different, but that’s largely because I know the quality is generally going to be there. After 20+ years, that consistency says a lot.

The product I bought “The Pump” and I honestly have never had a pre workout that worked like this. It really is a must try to believe it for yourself.
I had an significant amount of extra strength that I had never had before with any other pre workout. This is serious stuff. I really enjoyed my workout with The Pump pre workout.

The web site was clear and well thought out, the package came in two days which was really fast for standard delivery.
I went for the vanilla because it tastes good and not fake like some can do. It also goes well with other ingredients so you have a more versatile product that you can incorporate in your different dishes and drinks.

I ordered the clear way bundle of 20 sachets to take away on holiday. Unfortunately one had burst which had covered all the other packets and when I opened the box it went everywhere. Had to spend some time clearing it all and wiping everything down. Also now a packet short
