Great products, especially the clear whey. Good pricing and fast delivery. 100% recommend!!

I am a regular customer of My Protein, I always use my BlueLightCard discount with them, however I bought a 90 serving of impact whey protein from them at the back end of May for £55, they are saying that this week there is 30% discount on impact, I also get another 15% off with my BlueLightCard, so why is it with potentially 45% discount the same bag of protein is now £87? Smoke and mirrors my friends!

My Vegan IMPACT Vegan Protein was recommended to me by my brother who said it had helped him in a few ways, so am hoping it will do the same for me.

I wanted a good protein supplement to boost my intake after knee replacement surgery, I did some research and opted for the whey protein. Ordering process was seamless and delivery was speedy.First scoop full today, mixed very well with water, creamy taste, all good. 👌👍

Ordered a few different flavours, have only tried one of them but it was delicious! (Impact Diet Strawberry shortcake)
I went with free 2-3day delivery and ordered at 10pm… everything arrived next morning!! Extremely happy

Your prices for the standard impact whey protein isolate product has almost doubled in price!! This is ridiculous. Why has this been done? I'm not the only customer who's noticed this.
I've not been able to purchase this even after discount as its way too expensive. I have gone to another company to buy thus product.

Good delivery time and a quality product.
The chocolate whey and collagen is good quality and mixes well. However, I find it too sweet - perhaps a dark chocolate version would be a welcome in the future?

AMAZING speed of postage, ordered late Weds PM I believe and it arrived the Thursday, great discount too in my first order.

Absolutely amazing in simple terms. Delivery was around 48 hours which is great. Products speak for themselves. The protein shaker is now my go to for any gym day and the impact creatine is fantastic.gives me a great pump for my workout. Would give this 6 stars if possible would 100% buy again

Fast delivery, often ahead of schedule. Good tasting products, avoiding the overly sweetened sickly taste other brands tend to use, so they don’t become a chore to consume daily. Only criticism (if you can call it that) would be there’s always discounts and offers on the cheaper products, but the impact whey is usually exempt from the promotions. Other than that, very happy customer, have returned several times and will do so again.

I received my recent Myprotein order only to find the Impact Protein Bars expire in 42 days, while every other item in the exact same order expires in 2027 and 2028.
Dispatching near-expiry stock at full price to returning customers is unacceptable.
When I raised this, 'Quality Compliance" claimed 42 days was "enough time to eat 6 bars"-completely missing the point that shelf-stable goods are meant to last, and expecting customers to adjust their eating habits to clear warehouse stock is terrible service.
To make matters worse, the email sent by Compliance explicitly stated it was a "no-reply" unmonitored address. Yet, live chat agents repeatedly refused to escalate my case, insisting I reply to that exact unmonitored email address.
I am left holding short-dated stock with agents refusing to provide a prepaid
return label or full refund (Order no. 778847548).

Excellent quality products. Love the clear whey powder especially the orange & mango. The whey milkshake in salted caramel is yum.

Good comms and pricing, however the whey isolate left me with unpleasant bloating, so sadly I won't be consuming any more. I understand that everyone is different - so the prodcut may be fine for others, however the ON product I've used previously used never gave me any issues. Sadly it is now much more expensive hence my quest for something more reasonably priced.

Still good, just expensive. The vanilla diet whey is good flavour but over £50 for 2.5kg is steep, and that's including their sale price and a work discount!

I ordered some shorts and some Whey protein, the shorts arrived quickly but be aware the size guide is not very helpful - if you have drainpipes for legs then you'll be fine but if you actually train in the gym, size up one or two sizes. There isn't any obvious exchange option on the website so i had to go through the AI chatbot, we all know how helpful they are. I had to pay for the return of the shorts, fair enough, but you have to use one of the parcel drop off services like Inpost or Evri - Inpost seemed like the best option as there were 3 lockers close to me. When i tried to use these they were all full - spent 30mins driving around trying to find one with space and then just gave up.

The Whey protein i ordered had not arrived after a week so i did battle with the AI bot again until i got through to a real person who informed me the whey was out of stock and they could not tell me when it would be back in stock, the website however was still allowing you to order as much of this Whey as you'd like. I requested to cancel the order and was told it wasn't possible because it was 'in dispatch' - that's right my order, which was out of stock and therefore did not exist, was 'in dispatch'. After a bit of back and fourth and maybe a stern, shocked tone from me, they eventually found a way to cancel the order.

I've given an extra star as they have apparently refunded the delivery cost too, even though I did still receive the shorts from the order.
