Overpriced impact whey isolate protein powder
Your prices for the standard impact whey protein isolate product has almost doubled in price!! This is ridiculous. Why has this been done? I'm not the only customer who's noticed this.
I've not been able to purchase this even after discount as its way too expensive. I have gone to another company to buy thus product.

Good comms and pricing but not for me
Good comms and pricing, however the whey isolate left me with unpleasant bloating, so sadly I won't be consuming any more. I understand that everyone is different - so the prodcut may be fine for others, however the ON product I've used previously used never gave me any issues. Sadly it is now much more expensive hence my quest for something more reasonably priced.

My Protein vanilla isolate protein is my go to. It mixes well into my yoghurt and the lower sugar and higher protein make it a winner. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed throughout.

Huge price hike in recent months
I regularly purchase Impact Whey Isolate. The price has more than doubled (£140 vs £66 for 2.7kg). I have therefore gone for Essential Whey Protein, which is at a similar price to what I used to pay for the isolate. In the same flavour (chocolate smooth) and it tastes horrible.

As a man over 40
As a man over 40, I have had seen noticeable gains in size and strength utilising impact whey isolate and very convenient impact creatine tablets supporting my gym work. My only issue is with some of the ordering, i was unaware that i had subscribed to get protein each month until it arrived and money was taken the following month. I then tried to cancel the order a few days before it would process again but it went through again. I know protein is protein but would have been nice to change flavour. This wont stop me using my protein for all my supplement needs.

Excellent delivery, always fast service. I ordered a larger bag of tha Vanilla Whey Isolate this time because the flavour's unreal, and I add it in my protein pancake mix, it makes all the difference, believe me. Record high prices!!
I have been a customer for many years. I used to pay only £25 for my protein whey isolate every month. I usually order the 33 servings, 1KG. It’s now gone up to £50+ more than half the price, I am shocked! They have also shrunk the product, so now you get 30 servings only, 900G. Even the payday sale is a scam. They increase their prices! Now I am on the hunt to buy my protein from somewhere else.

Quality of Pre-workout reducing
This is the second time now I’ve ordered the Pre Workout and it arrive rock solid. The first one I let slide but it’s becoming very frequent and possibly need to look how it’s being stored. I also don’t like that the 1kg Whey Isolate bags have now been reduced to 900g

With so many choices on your website
With so many choices on your website, and product name evolution, I found it hard to find exactly what I wanted.
That said, once I found the items the next day delivery was indeed next day despite a very late order. Clear whey protein flavour is great (orange and mango) and successfully used unflavoured isolate to boost protein content in a curry.
I'm a first time buyer from the My Protein and will be back.

Not happy … disappointed to be honest
I wanted to like MyProtein, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
First of all, I think the products are simply too expensive for what you get. I understand the brand positions itself as premium, but I don’t believe the quality justifies the price anymore, especially with so many competitors offering similar products for less.
My biggest issue was with the product itself. I ordered an isolate protein because the product page clearly stated 26g of protein per serving and listed a specific ingredient profile. However, when my order arrived, the tub I received contained 22g of protein per serving with a different ingredient list than the one advertised online. That is not what I purchased. The product I received did not match the description on the website, which felt misleading and left me very disappointed.
Delivery also wasn’t great. The parcel was simply dumped next to my bin without any delivery photo or notification. Thankfully it was still there when I got home, but that’s not the level of service I expect.
Overall, while the products may still work for some people, I expected much better from a company with such a strong reputation and premium pricing. Between the misleading product information, high prices, and poor delivery experience, I won’t be ordering from MyProtein again.
