A brilliant service from start to finish. Kevin is always quick to respond to any messages and really helpful with any queries. Robbi fitted our new EV charger and even stayed late to fix our extractor fan too! It felt like nothing was too much bother.
Couldn’t fault anything!

Excellent professional service from start to finish,I had electrics fitted in my shed to an very high standard.

Our experience of Neilson's service reflects the majority of reviews - Kevin and his team were professional, tidy and final costs were true to the quote - which was very reasonable.

But what sets them apart was the care and respect they showed our home. A total rewire is not without mess - there was dust! But they cleaned up as they went, intrusive work was kept to a minimum and everything was made good afterwrds.

Comms were excellent from start to finish, Kevin kept us updated regularly on progress.

Highly recommended.

Robbie wired up our sauna and did an amazing job. He took incredible care in a job that involved taking heavy-duty cable from the main unit all around our house to an outside building, making it as invisible as possible. He worked well into the evening to finish the job and we are very grateful for how he went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Neilson Electrical Services - and thanks to Kevin for coming back to us so quickly and taking on the job at short notice.

Neilson Electrical Services provided a first class professional service. They carefully walked us through required changes and made sense of an old house. This simplified our lighting arrangements. Communication was excellent. The job has taken longer than expected but this was down to an old house throwing up unexpected issues. The cost to upgrade and modernise was competitive for the amount of work required. I have no hesitation in recommending Neilson's.

Kevin and his team were outstanding from start to finish.

First of all Neilson Electrical suggested a really good EV charger as I was unsure which one to choice that was compatible with my Octopus energy tariff sending me a link to buy it online for the best possible price!

Robbie the installation tech was amazing, he drove from Moffat to Glasgow to do the installation. It wasn’t as straightforward as expected, the consumer unit was inaccessible. Robbie and Kevin overcame this by fitting a new fuse box outside by the main electrical meter, only charging for the extra parts!

All in all high recommend this electrical company, it’s hard to find helpful genuine tradesman that don’t let you down.
