What a fantastic holiday we had in Gran Canaria and all courtesy of Tom & Katie at Hidden Hills Travel. From start to finish, the whole process was easy & simple plus the hotel recommendation was perfect for the relaxing holiday we were hoping for. Will soon be planning our holidays for 2023 and without question will be reaching out to Hidden Hills Travel once more to organise our next adventure!

Following a personal recommendation from a relative, we asked Tom to arrange a family holiday in August 2021, having previously always flogged through the internet to find the right DIY solution to our specific travel needs.
From first contact to conclusion the service we received was outstanding. Prompt, friendly and always supportive, Tom ‘held our hands’ through selection, reservation and any attendant travel requirements/ restrictions. As a consequence, we have enjoyed wonderful holidays in Tenerife, Madeira, Crete and Corfu with a dream holiday in Saint Lucia arranged for February 2023. The attention to detail, expertise, friendly personal contact and responsiveness all make for an enjoyable, worry-free experience. Nothing is too much. We have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hills for bespoke service, expertly tailored to fit your every need.

A friend of my daughter has used Tom of Hidden Hills Travel for a number of years and he came highly recommended. I hadn’t used a travel agent in yonks but we wanted to take a short-notice break and couldn‘t find what we were looking for ourselves. Tom provided a great range of options to meet our specific needs, despite a lack of availability in general, and we had the most wonderful holiday in beautiful Crete. Tom was aware that we like to ’travel well’ and he found us a hotel with the most impeccable service and amenities. One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed in. The booking process and all arrangements were effortless for us and we felt like we could just focus on the imminent holiday, without any of the hassle. I was desperately trying to find a quite last minute luxury 5* holiday for my partners 40th Birthday...with only 5 months to sort it out, I was getting very stressed and confused with the whole 'searching the net' and trawling through pages of hotels, apartments and not to mention all the reviews! Tiring to say the least.
So I happened to find Claire Bruce, from Not Just travel and decided to give her a call. Well...what a delight, I told Claire exactly what I was looking for, and named some places I knew my husband wanted to visit. In particular I mentioned what I definitely didn't want from this excursion, for example I knew I wanted something quiet and relaxing (no kiddies!!). It didn't take long before Claire found us a few to choose from and I must say I don't think I could have ever found some of the little hidden gems that she did. Claire was patient with me and listened to everything....a lot....(I am a renowned worrier).
Once we had decided on our holiday Claire made sure all the finer details were handled and it was such a relief not to have to worry about booking flights, transfers and working out all of the logistics of these things given the time differences between countries.
We were checked upon to make sure all was ok and assistance was offered by Claire every step of the way, Claire quite simply took all of the stress and anxiety out of organising this holiday, and the result was amazing; amazing value, amazing 5*hotel, and it all ran so smoothly with not a hiccup in sight. So much so that we will be using Claire again for future getaways! Oh and the best part was that she found us a slice of paradise with absolutely no children allowed!!!!

A smooth transition from the airport to the hotel, a breathtaking location and an amazing hotel all chosen by Hidden Hills.

Saw a great multi centre package to Thailand that came up on my social media feed - decided to contact Warren to see if could be tailored to our family needs and dates and nothing was too much trouble!
Got the accommodation we wanted , better flight times and still managed to get the promotional upgrade on Elephant Hills …first class service kept up to date throughout now cannot wait to go…already looking at next years offers and will have no hesitation in using again

We recently got back from our honeymoon to the Maldives booked by Tom at Hidden Hills travel - I usually booked everything myself and am a bit of a control freak but I fully trusted Tom and he made everything so easy! Firstly, we told him our budget and he offered so many incredible choices and beat the price direct with Emirates considerably! After I first contacted Tom, he was so efficient and got back to us with quotes so quickly! We had a personal note from him when we arrived saying that if we needed anything at all, to contact him, and he also messaged us when we were there to see how it was all going! We approached Emma Ray at Not Just Travel to help us explore what options were out there for our family holiday this year. She was so good at finding out what our preferences were and then she went away and researched different options for us to suit our criteria. Communicating with Emma was really easy. She gave us different options which were all costed accurately (no hidden extras) and we had lots to choose from. After deciding what we wanted to go for, we gave Emma our details and she did all the booking and ‘boring’ bits for us. It was such a hassle free experience for us and it gave us peace of mind to know we were in Emma’s capable hands. We would 100% recommend her again. Thank you Emma!
