Curate's egg

Polite staff, comfortable seats, clean toilets. Bought tickets at the cinema itself. Judging by the experience other people have online that was a wise move.
Cinema so dark when we went in, before programme started, that it is really difficult to see the row letters - why not illuminate them until the actual film starts. Also too dark properly to see the handrail which finishes abruptly. A woman who came in shortly after us fell to her knees.
No concessions, £18 per seat at lunchtime is really rather expensive and not even in the premium seats.
Loved the film.
