Very friendly staff

Easy to book& I always enjoy the films shown on the silver screen showings. Having a coffee & biscuit is a nice touch and you get to know people who go weekly.

The booking system could be easier but on the whole we really enjoyed the film. The cinema is warm and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Silvers film on a Tuesday is a great idea, a cheap ticket with a drink and a biscuit. A lovely afternoon out.

I wanted a hot drinkto take into the screen with me but the Costa coffee inside the cinema was Closed and you don't sell them

Really lovely staff/guy checking tickets tonight. Comfy, good temp and a great film all the kids enjoyed ... Brilliant experience

Great seats and easy booking process

Wrexham Eagle Meadows is tired to say the least. The carpet is threadbare in many places, taped over, and stained in even more places. A majority of the ceiling tiles are water stained, and most places need a good tidy. Costa staff are lovely, prompt, and well-trained, but the same level of enthusiasm, interest, and willingness to engage with customers does not translate upstairs.

Easy to book online great film clean tidy good all round experience 👍

Easily booked online - cinema clean and welcoming - very good film

Visited as a Silvers experience. Pleasant staff. Drinks ready and waiting. No waiting. Great film. Plenty of seat choice.

Helpful staff

Very good day…free coffee & biscuits..and a choice of seats …but also a brilliant movie…together made a quite enjoyable day

Pleasant staff and comfortable seating

Excellent film and very attentive and helpful staff.

I was the only one in the screening. Bliss!

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly, helpful team member. The foyer was very clean. The seats in the cinema look likedtheyve been replaced so it’s so much cleaner. The film was excellent. Good quality picture and sound. The ladies toilets were clean and well stocked,

What an awesome surprise to be gifted a bucket of popcorn and a massive drink for a birthday treat.
It’s a great gesture if you’re signed up to their loyalty program, anyway it made the whole experience a little more special, when my wife was diagnosed with cancer they did something similar for us too, so huge thankyou from us.
Even the regular seats are great for a comfortable few hours sitting, the actual screening was excellent and no one was being annoying by using their phones or chatting away incessantly.
And to top it all the cinema itself is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
