Foundation issues are a serious matter. When I called, they sent a technician out within a couple of days. Olshan used amazing technology to do topographical mapping of the interior of your home to quickly evaluate the structure and then generated a mapped solution so that it is clear, even to the untrained eye what the next steps should be. Davey is quite knowledgable as well as personable and helps set your mind at ease.

Very informative inspection

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous

Get ready for the BIG warranty surprise! Olshan Foundation Repair leveled my house’s foundation 15 years ago and I very recently called them back out to review their work, as a I noticed a couple of my interior doors swinging open beyond the extent I had opened them + a previous crack on one side of the house had reopened + a sinkhole seemed to be forming along a certain area of the foundation. I wanted Olshan Foundation Repair to review their work and make any adjustments and/or repairs, as the work they had performed came with a lifetime transferable warranty, according to my paperwork. Well, although the Olshan Foundation Repair technician they sent to evaluate the matter was friendly, he insisted on calling me by my first name—despite the fact I am clearly much his senior. And, after he completed his tasks, he explained to me that a quadrant or so of my house is now low (the same section whereat the apparent sinkhole is forming, by the way). I thought to myself great the warranty should cover the expense. WRONG! He went on to explain that the particular section of foundation was the part of the house that they didn’t level because, as he put it, the work wasn’t needed at the time. He then presented me with a cost estimate of nearly $8,000.00 to level it—which is more than I paid originally. The lifetime transferable warranty proved to be worthless! Needless to say, I will NOT be using Olshan Foundation Repair ever again.

My technician was Bill Ford.
He was courteous, cordial and professional.
He showed interest in my concerns about MY foundation.
Bill was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and he explained it in a way that I could understand.

Olsham charged me $7,000 and made my foundation problem WORSE!

Great to work with all around. The office schedulers, thank you Gia, to the sales (Tim) and project team (Santiago and crew) were all great. 10 out of 10 will recommend.

Wasn't under pressure. Cory was very professional and knew what he was talking about.

All my questions were answered and the tech.

The Olshan crew arrived right on time. Their leader was Jose Santos. He was very personable and explained what they would be doing. His crew was Horrellana, Alonso, Antonio and Jose Caal. They worked hard and wasted no time. After finishing their work it was obvious that cracks were closed both inside and outside of our sunroom. At this point we are very pleased with their work and would recommend Olshan.

The crew that did the work on my foundation was very impressive in completing the project. They made sure that all of the doors were aligned correctly and they cleaned the work area better than the previous crew did. They were quick, fast and responsive to questions about the project. Very Impressed with them.

Dan Steele was my home foundation inspector and he was right on q sharper than attack and very very professional. Great job Dan Steele I will send you more customers word of mouth is the best referral and I really liked whenever you said that my house was your house that's what actually sold me and got me to know that you care about people and your company cares about your people and it's not all about the dollar sign thank you again have a blessed day.

Chris was professional, personable, honest, and supportive. Amazing professional that cares about those he serve and is highly knowledgeable.

Olshan came & leveled our house close to 30ish years ago. We noticed a few cracks forming & call them to come check it out for us. It was under warranty & the guys got on it the next week. Very professional & polite. Highly recommend Olshan. Keep up the good work guys, thank you.

I had already received an evaluation from another vendor whom I thought had done an excellent job….until my Olshan guy came along. His analysis was many times more thorough and detailed…and reassuring! He showed me the elevation difference from every corner of my home as well as from room to room, and inside walls to outer walls. These precise measurements allowed him (and me) to focus on the ONE area of my foundation that needed attention, No “to be safe, let’s do this entire 45 ft long side”….and that saved me $5000 compared to the competitor’s price. Rep was very professional, knowledgeable (I know because I had done my homework), friendly, and just a joy to work with. He gave me my quote right then and there, I accepted, and was on the their schedule for repairs all in one easy session, saving myself a lot of time and stress.

The representative did a good job assessing the foundation problems. However, as he was pulling out of our drive way we needed to confirm our understanding of a recommendation that he made so we called his cell phone but he did not answer and has not called us back. That was 10 days ago and we still do not know when the work is scheduled to be done.

From the beginning Jack Ortiz came to our home to take the measurements of the foundation. He was very knowledgeable of what need to be addressed and professional. He explain everything that had to be done to correct the issue step by step. The repair to the foundation was schedule. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. Mr. Teo V. introduced himself along with his crew( Miguel M. Gabriel V. Jesus B. Jose R. Luis M. Hector P. )they begin to work right away on the foundation. I would ask Mr. Teo question about the work they were performing and he would explain it step by step. I would also ask the crew individual questions and they also took the time to explain what they were doing and what was the reason for doing the cable lock how the process had to be done step by step. When the crew was ready to lift the foundation Mr. Yuris Venegas was ready to lead the crew. He introduced himself and explained what was going to happen next. They lifted the foundation of our house and Mr. Venegas took the measurements again everything line up like Mr. Venegas said it would. There were no damages in the interior or the exterior of the house while lifting the foundation of our house. Olshan personnel did a great job! I would like to thank all the employees for making this company great.

Very professional organization. I enjoyed the visit and when the evaluation on my house was finished, I had a much better understanding of my options to fix the house. The technician that came by was a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable about foundations and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Olshan.
