I usually don't fill these things in as I've already done it once. That being said, they've always been great quality. There was an issue with one of my orders - they resolved it quickly and in time for an event when the time limit was VERY short. This ended up meaning that I could do a nice thing for someone else and make their day, thanks to these guys quick service. Can't wait for the next time.

Fast and easy service from start to finish. Great quality items

Placed three orders so far. The first was delayed due to a system issue but customer service resolved it quickly. The second order was perfect.
The third order has been very disappointing — wrong shirt size supplied, incorrect print sizing on the back, and it arrived a day after the guaranteed delivery date.
Despite already providing clear photo evidence showing the issues, including the incorrect internal shirt sizing, I’m still being asked to send additional photos with tape measurements, which feels unnecessary and frustrating when the problem is already obvious from the evidence provided.

The team were super helpful with my logos to make sure they could be used on the fabric. The logos are very important as they are the signature of the group.

We use clothes 2 order for all of our uniforms. I have made a mistake and they called me to doublecheck, thank goodness they did because it would’ve been expensive. The customer service quality of goods and turnaround time is impressive. The price is very reasonable for small business businesses too.

I haven't received my delivery due to ROyal mail error but when I rang clothes to order they did nothing to help me and I've still not received the order. Poor service all round.

I phoned clothes 2 order so saying they can’t see a record is an error on their part. I would appreciate them contacting me and letting me know when I can expect to receive my order or my refund!
