Many thanks for the review and feedback on your order. Firstly, please accept our apologies for the delay as this is not our normal and well recognised high standard.

Having looked in to this, it does indeed show a slight delay against our normal delivery time (1-2 days).

In detail we can see the order was placed on the evening of the 30th September, which we then processed on the 1st October (for delivery on the 2nd Oct).

Due to a system issue at DHL, the delivery was delayed and unfortunately crossed the weekend (which the majority of couriers don’t deliver unless specified). The parcel was then processed correctly and delivered on the Tuesday 6th Oct (effectively a 2 business day delay).

We make a point of reviewing the quality of our delivery service to ensure we are offering the best possible delivery solution that also aligns with our levels of service (and your feedback helps us as part of this) and should the need arise, we would migrate to a better provider.

Whilst I know your lead time was delayed, please be assured that this is certainly not a common occurrence from DHL.

Once again, please accept our apologies for this delay and hope it doesn’t prevent you from using us in the future.
