Ordered Thursday at 5pm for next day…
Ordered Thursday at 5pm for next day delivery, come Saturday still nothing, so I email. Monday get told the product I ordered is actually out of stock, so I ask for a refund. Here I am EOP Tuesday still waiting to hear. What a joke.
Edit: I've edited this rating because they have now refunded the amount and an extra £10 credit for all the delays, which i think is a fair resolution. Some companies would not do this so thank you for resolving. I do think the website team need to fix the stock on the website to prevent customers going through this as seems to be the biggest complaint on here. Thanks again.

football boots at £250 not received
I ordered football boots at £250 for my grandsons birthday. They haven’t been received, but the delivery firm say they have been delivered. Nobody has signed for these, my neighbours haven’t received them in error, and there are no safe places available outside my house….
So just not sure where the boots have been delivered to but it’s being investigated. All that might take two weeks.
I now have to go out and buy more football boots while all this goes on…

Product was great but really poor and misleading advertising offering discount above the product which turned out not to be valid for that product so in my opinion should not be connected to it

Absolutely poor experience
Absolutely poor experience. I spent over £330 and my delivery got lost or stolen by the courier (evri) as it missed the estimated delivery date, it gave me no update of when it would arrive. As instructed I spoke to pro direct directly and they were clueless. I spoke an agent called Leon who was rude and not a help in any way and he kept saying his hands were tied and I had to wait. I have a downloaded transcript of the conversation and I will be exposing both evri and pro direct poor management.

Great product but.
Great product but.
This was a World Cup replica football for my grandson's 9th birthday. The ball packaging was the delivery plastic bag and the actual packaging around the ball was just a plastic bag, no bubble wrap. The risk of damage in transport was significant as the delivery packaging offered no protection, luckily the ball had no visible signs of marking etc. Hence the three stars.
