REP Academy

A really informative and engaging session with excellent hosting and great interaction from everyone involved. The presentation was relaxed, interactive and full of valuable content around the customer journey and how AI can help support and enhance the experience. Lots of useful takeaways and a genuinely enjoyable afternoon. Would definitely recommend, and hopefully we can have another one again next year!

A very informative day

A very informative day with some great insights into what the future of customer sentiment looks like. Some of the customer case studies, talking about their own experiences with Reputation and their personal customer journey were enlightening. Everyone that presented on the day did so to a very high standard. The Reputation team were very accommodating, as always making our relationship with Reputation feel like a true partnership, accepting feedback and helping us to clearly understand what Reputation can deliver for our business. The members of the Reputation team that presented were exceptional, really ensuring the message resonated with the audience. Thank you for the invite with a special mention to Anthony, Declan and Dave for being as welcoming as always.

Transform 26 was very well organised

Transform 26 was very well organised, with lots of thoughtful setup to improve engagement. Both the main stage talks and the separate seminars were informative and covered a good range of topics, particularly the one about AI, which I found especially interesting and relevant. The food was also very good, and overall the event ran smoothly.

People who live in glass houses . . .

I work in the hospitality industry and the national pub co I work with use the Reputation platform and depend on it to such an extent that it is used to calculate bonus payments. However, despite me having managed to achieve high scores, I have contacted the company that operates the platform on several occasions to highlight inaccuracies in the page displayed to me. For example next to the main 'current score' is another metric which states whether it is an increase or decrease from 30 days ago. However the stated figure is always at odds with what the platform's own graph displays further down the page. The graph shows an accurate representation of the figures, whereas the 'at a glance' figure referred to earlier does not. In fact, I would claim that the number displayed seems to be entirely arbitrary, or most certainly not from 30 days before (or even 60 days before!)
On occasions when I have contacted the company I have always been informed that the matters I'd raised would be escalated to the technical team to investigate, but on most occasions that was the last I heard with no sign of a real resolution.
The irony is that this is a company who's very existence and raison d'etre is to measure online presence and performance, (with them stressing to their clients the importance of online reputation) but who, it appears from other review platforms such as this one, can't even look after their own online reputation. Is it a scam? No, I don't believe it is, but is it flawed? I would answer a resounding yes, and until these issues are sorted out I would remind them that people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Poor Show!

EDIT: Over a week now and still no response from Reputation - yet they have the audacity to use response time as one of their important metrics when compiling data for their own platform. Frankly, it's sickening and they should be forced to cease trading until they can sort their own house out. It's just a complete shambles. There's no way on earth I would pay this company a single penny for their crap platform.

Run and never work for a company that uses these jokers!

This company is the biggest scam in the world. They have somehow managed to sell huge companies a bag of goods with false promises. It's impossible to manage online reputation when they don't credit you for 5-star reviews but a 1-star knocks you down 15 points. According to their algorithm it takes 27 5-stars to overcome 1 single 1-star.

Reputation Score Manipulation: A Cautionary Tale

Firstly, fake reviews can lead to a loss of consumer confidence. When potential customers discover that a business has manipulated its online reputation, they are likely to question the authenticity of all its reviews, leading to a decline in sales and damage to the company's image. Furthermore, negative word-of-mouth can spread rapidly, exacerbating the situation and potentially causing long-term harm to the business's reputation.

Saves time

I have been using Reputation.com for a couple of years now. Their platform is so helpful when it comes to managing reviews across all the different platforms. I love that I can respond to reviews on a variety of sites all from within Reputation.com. It saves a ton of time and allows me to respond to them quicker.

Poor Customer Service

We have been battling with Reputation.com to setup a survey system for our communities for over 6 months and still do not have any resolve. We work with a 3rd party who has submitted numerous tickets on our behalf as well as had several calls to complete this task and they continue to kick the can down the road. This is not only frustrating but it also has hindered business practices and their team remains unresponsive.

Drains your score and burns down your resources

I have been with Reputation for almost 9 months now. The sentiment score goes down day by day and once a month, increases according to the number of reviews received in last 30 days. There is a negative disbalance that tends to take your company scooring down all the time, the system is designed to receive daily and continuous reviews, wich is impossible in the BTR sector without burning out your resources. Poor customer service and resolution, avoid whether possible.
