Very friendly staff and great demonstration of the equipment I was intrested in.

I phoned up the Tunbridge wells branch of richer sounds to inquire about trading in my sound bar as I was interested in upgrading. Explained all this to Callum who replied with ' we dont do this' to which I replied ' your website says otherwise' callum replies ' oh ok let me look' short pause... ' im going to have to look further into this i will call you in the afternoon'.
Not happy with reply I decided to phone customer services. Explained everything to a really nice bloke who then told me because all lines were busy i had come through to a physical store but he was more than happy to help, he went on to tell me they absolutely do except trade ins! And if I live closer he would help me out! He then asked his manager who agreed and advised me to look further into it. So back to customer services! Got an customer service agent started explaining the whole story again to be cut off by him saying 'well if that's what the store said' now I was getting annoyed! So I replied. ' its states on your website you do trade ins!' ' oh does it, where is that?'. Face palm! Really trying to keep my cool 😎. ' type in Richer sounds trade in, this is customer services right?' To which the reply came ' yes but I dont deal with this blah blah blah' anyway pause whilst he is reading it the followed by ' can you hold while I talk to my supervisor '. Nope im out! So I hung up. Please Richer sounds all i wanted was to trade in my sound bar and
purchase a new one. 🤣🤣. Oh and please do better with customer service its appalling! Not the first time from t/wells. Not a very welcoming store.
P.s. never did get that call from callum. 🤣

I've made three major purchases now (£1.5K, £6K and now £2.6k across two different branches) with Ricker Sounds and its all been very easy. I like the offers and guarantees offered at RS, on this purchase we saved £500 on the sound system when purchased with the TV and it all came with a six year guarantee. The staff are always very helpful, the manager at Tunbridge Wells even gave us a new controller following one of our dogs chewing the previous one. RS are my go-to supplier for Tv - audio etc for good reason, long may they continue doing what they do so well.

Staff that listen and provide solutions, help when things don't go well, charge sensible prices and even provide umbrellas when it's torrential outside.

Calum at Richer sounds in Tunbridge Wells was amazing. He had great product knowledge and was incredibly clear in his reasoning to help me decide which tv would met my needs and hence decided to buy it.

The LG tv oled i bought is amazing and great purchase. Higjly recommend buying from Richer sounds!

Guys were very helpful, full demo and even closed five minutes late accommodating us. Explained differences between music over WiFi and Bluetooth and demo the quality difference. Bought the Denon home 600 and will be returning to get the sound bar and sub. Is a 45 minute trip for us but well worth the effort.

Having outlined to him my fairly specific needs for a suitable amp and speakers, and the products I was considering having done my desk research. He expertly guided me to more suitable products for my needs, answered any questions I had in comparison to other products, and delivered a solution within my budget.
Having had the amp and speakers now for a couple of weeks I couldn’t be happier.
Rare to find genuine expertise in retail these days. And whilst I was working to a fairly limited budget I felt dealt with as though I was making a considerable investment.

As a family we have been buying from RicherSounds for over 40yrs and it is always our first port of call . There is never any sales pressure only good advice and prompt service . Many years ago our television expired just out of the RicherSounds 6 yr period . I went into Tun Wells where we’d bought it and was told “ That's bad luck but we’ll honour the guarantee so choose another tv “. The hifi was just what I wanted and at the right price. Being a older person I just managed to get everything to work. The members of the staff did give me several directions of advice.

Purchased small smart tv. Knowledgeable polite staff in store. Helpful advice willingly given when setting up tv and fitting to wallmount. A voucher that was a few years old was accepted without any fuss and that pleased me.
