I bought the product (Denon AVX-C3800H) online with a 3 day delivery mentioned. After 8 days I contacted Richer Sounds online Customer Service who explained that the additional item, a 'special' HDMI cable, was no longer available. They offered to replace it with the next length up and the unit, with the cable, were delivered the next day. Once all the connections were made I started the setup process but halfway through that the remote control handset failed. To cut a long story short I ended up with 3 remotes, all of which failed within 24 hours of delivery. I later purchased a 3rd party remote which has worked perfectly since then. The Weybridge branch was very helpful and exchanged the unit when it was assumed the problem lay there. It didn't but the staff were certainly trying to ensure I had a working unit. Coincidentally, the second unit did not sound as good as the first one but over the last 2 months there have been a number of downloaded updates and it is working very well now. My only quibble is the £19.98 I had to pay for a working remote which clearly should have been replaced by Denon
Update! Richer Sounds contacted me and have refunded £20 to my bank account. That's what I call good customer service!

I will always buy from Richer Sounds they are absolute masters of customer service.
I bought the turntable online and set it up. I go the last piece of installing the stylus and through it was broken. I called online and they said take it into the shop to look at so I went to Weybidge store. Turned out it wasn’t broken at all and I took the stupid off in the wrong way! Went back home and set up the turntable but then it was making some mad buzzing noise.
Instead of calling online service I called the store as I had a good chat with the guys there. They told me I needed to attach the RCA earthing wire between the turntable and the amp. I did this and it stopped the buzzing. All is well and I am now enjoying this top quality turntable on my hi fi system.
Thanks Richer Sounds. You rock!

Rang to check stock, great service supplied. When I hadn’t received the expected text from delivery company, I rang the store who rang me back in half an hour with a time frame for delivery. Really happy with the service, advice and competence of the staff

I purchased the 65 inch LG G5 OLED TV from Richer Sounds Weybridge. Terry was a great help on the telephone and assisted me in placing my order. Richer Sounds is employee owned and it is clear that Terry, Hugh, and the rest of the Richer Sounds Weybridge team take great pride in delivering fantastic service to customers. This is a phrase often thrown around, but my delivery experience really emphasised that Richer Sounds Weybridge live up to this. At 9am on my nominated delivery day, I received a phone call letting me know that, due to a third party courier error, the courier could not deliver my TV on my nominated delivery day. Weybridge store manager Terry then took it upon himself to drive to another Richer Sounds store stocking my TV, before collecting and driving to my house to personally deliver the TV. This is exceptional customer service and I was not expecting Terry and the Weybridge team to go above and beyond in honouring my delivery date. I am thrilled with the service provided by Richer Sounds Weybridge and look forward to shopping with them again for major electronic / audio visual purchases. Huge thank you once again from a very happy new OLED owner.
