This is our second leased vehicle from Rivervale. They are a great company to deal with. Everything is clear and everyone is always happy to help even when we ask daft questions! Jake in particular always goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

We had a bit of a rocky start but in fairness this wasn’t the fault of Rivervale. The original vehicle was found to be faulty the day before delivery. Rivervale responded well and I was given a temporary car in the interim until my vehicle was ready. This was my first experience of leasing a car and there was a bit of miscommunication when it came to completing the forms but other than that all was very straightforward
The delivery service was a little disappointing. The car arrived on time but the delivery guy was very uncommunicative and I don’t feel explained the car and it’s features

Our account manger was with us every step of the way, helped us through the process, was honest and went above and beyond to get us sorted.

This was my first time leasing, so was quite wary, but everyone I spoke with at Rivervale was very patient and explained everything; along with prompt and detailed responses to additional questions - Tracy and David were very helpful here.
This made the entire process, from my first contact with Jake and Jordan, right through to its conclusion, easy, quick and straightforward, resulting in my receipt of a car within two weeks of signing the lease.

I found Rivervale through a website for car leasing. After submitting my request for a quote I was contacted by Jordan who stepped through the process of leasing a car ( my first time ). Jordan was extremely helpful throughout the process, no forceful selling, it was as simple as here is the spec, this is the cost and this is the lead time. Let me know how you want to proceed. No pressure, just support and that is how it should be. I would 100% recommend these guys, everything they have told me they have delivered on. Car got delivered this week so all in all really pleased with the decision to go down the leasing route. Thanks Jordan and team for the support!!!

A rather poor experience with Rivervale from start to finish with a lease agreed but a 2-month delivery time stretching into 8-10 months.

My biggest issue was lack of communication. Once I had paid my admin fee, the only emails I got from Rivervale were replies to emails I sent chasing. i never once got an email updating me on what was happening - I only got updates when I enquired why I hadn't heard anything for a month - and I wasn't badgering them, I would email at the beginning of each month asking what was going on and it just felt like a can was being kicked down the street.

Even when I cancelled, it took many calls and emails to get it sorted, I never received an official email cancellation acknowledgement or invoice and my car order still shows live on their portal (I have received my admin fee refund, luckily).

I understand that the car delay may have been out of their hands (although someone who works for the car brand told me no vehicles of this model were being issued to 3rd party leasing companies as they were struggling to keep up with direct demand). They really need to be better at communications and updates. If I had not have chased them up, I would likely never have received a single email or call from them.

Cannot fault the service, A1 from start to finish. Would use again.
