Safestore Ipswich - A great experience every time!
I use Safestore Ipswich on a semi-regular basis for it's DHL drop off to send my granddaughters their birthday and Christmas presents to Mexico.
The staff are amazing! Their manager is a legend! He knows everything and is so helpful, calm and knowledgeable navigating the Mexican wishes and paperwork which is subject to change.
To be honest, they are all so polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and my parcel is on it's long journey in no time, a credit to the manager the way he organises his team and a credit to not only Safestore but to DHL.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Amanda has been amazing at the Ipswich site! I had to swap to a bigger unit and the change was very straight forward and so friendly and helpful. She even let me borrow a lock for a couple of days whilst I moved everything and didn’t have to buy another lock. Highly recommended this lock up!

Excellent customer service - Ipswich Branch.
Excellent customer service - served by the manager - friendly, polite, helpful, professional, very knowledgeable about Safestore Services, I was using as a DHL drop off point. Sending a box to Mexico, Customs forms are a nightmare!
The manager couldn't have been more helpful, took all the stress out of the situation for me.
He is a credit to Safestore and a good agent for DHL!

Very helpful
Every time I have visited the Ipswich store the staff have been very helpful. The place is clean and tidy with plenty of parking. What more could you ask for.
