Dr Aya was very thorough with my examination and explanation of treatment and made me feel very confident of the outcomes. During the process itself she talked me through each stage, I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout, so professional. Just like to say thanks to Mr Odeke and his team at skn clinics . I've had treatment at Harbourne and Leicester. Both places have been excellent and I would recommend them to any thinking about treatment to improve skin conditions. In my case it was thread veins on my face . Thanks again .

I was concerned about a skin lesion and Dalia was very helpful in prescribing cream. The treatment has worked after months of concern. Katrina replied to emails promptly and the Chester branch appears well run.

Lovely staff, great premises, quick simple procedure

Hannah dealt with all my questions regarding CO2 laser and birthmark treatments. She guided me on the best treatment plan without pressure and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining things in terms I could understand. I would not look anywhere else for treatment and both my son and I will definitely be back. Thanks Hannah and good luck with your future.

My appointment was for removal of a milia lump near my eye. Staff were attentive and helpful. Following the consultation I was expecting the treatment to be straightforward and relatively pain free. Unfortunately, the treatment was rather lengthy and a little awkward to complete. I did need pain killers afterwards and had bruising around my eye. Five days later and the wound has not completely healed, hopefully it will have within the next couple of days.

now visited twice and Amy is brilliant puts you at ease straightaway and gives great clear advice and explains the procedure. Really nice experience and really nice people - highly recommended
