Excellent experience. I was very pleased with how quickly I received a call back, and a same day appointment.

When I arrived, Katrina was very helpful and after submitting some fairly straightforward info and forms, we went through for the appointment.

During the session, Katrina was great. She offered lots of useful insight and comments on different changes to make improvements on my skin. We also used the skin scanner to get a better understanding of my skin type.

After that I was given a very useful plan, and as well as buying some face pads, I was also offered some samples of other products that may be of use, if the initial steps don’t get results. I really like this approach instead of everything all at once.

Only a day later and my skin genuinely seems better already. Would definitely recommend and will return for future advise and services.

amazing staff! They’ve been super helpful towards me for a couple months now during my accutane treatment, always lovely customer service each time I attend the appointments. They make you feel really comfortable about whichever issue you’re dealing with which is what you want when you come to a skin clinic. 100% recommend!

Lovely experience with Katrina so far, booked 5 sessions of microneedling and Karltrina understood my thoughts and proceeded accordingly with minimal .2, .3 settings for initial two sessions and slowly up the game for third.
Two more to go and keeping fingers crossed by the end of five sessions I might have visible improvement in my skin.

Couldn’t recommend SK:N Chester enough! Katrina has been so helpful, guiding me to the right treatment for my PCOS-related acne. She listened to me and made my concerns feel valid. I have been self conscious of my skin ever since I was a teenager, and have been palmed off by doctors with creams that have made my skin sensitive and dry. After just 6 weeks of antibiotics and medical grade products, my skin is already looking the healthiest it’s ever done! So much so that we’re moving from peels to hydrafacials already.
