I’m a returning customer for my laser hair removal treatments and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience every time. Suzanne is absolutely fantastic — she’s professional, gentle, and always makes me feel completely at ease during my appointments. You can tell she really cares about getting the best results.

Lisa, the clinic manager, is equally wonderful. The clinic is always well-run, welcoming, and spotless, which makes the whole experience smooth from start to finish.

I’ve seen great results so far and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser hair removal. A genuinely five-star service!

This is the second time I have used this Clinic and I would highly recommend them as exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Suzanne spent a long time on my consultation and explained all aspects of my treatment and options in great detail. The receptionist was also very helpful, friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome.

The service my husband & I have received from all the staff at Snowberry Clinic has always been exceptional. We have visited several times over recent years & everyone always goes out of their way to make you feel immediately at ease on arrival. Almost as if you’re a friend, rather than a client, which is exactly what you need to help feel relaxed.
I was contacted recently as a follow up service call for a procedure I had a few months ago, which goes to show they want to ensure you’ve been happy with the procedure carried out & don’t have any worries or issues once everything has had time to heal.

Excellent consultation with Debbie who examined a cyst on my neck and advised the best method for removal. Each step was explained carefully and I had it removed there in the hour appointment. Local anaesthetic was injected and the procedure was virtually painless. Two weeks on and the two stitches have been removed leaving a tiny scab to heal. Very pleased with the results and the assistance provided by Lisa and Suzanne.

Lisa, Debbie and Suzanne were exceptional, really caring and professional. My elderly mother had a cyst on her head that was painful and affecting her sleep. The NHS would not treat it as it was classed as cosmetic. Having no experience of private clinics we were dubious. However after chatting with Lisa the clinic manager, we came in to see Debbie and her assistant Suzanne who successfully removed the cyst in no time and stitched the wound. Follow up care was given and they could not have been nicer or more approachable. The only issue is that a lift or stairlift would have made a great difference to less able patients to reach the upstairs theatre, the ascent and descent was made safely with all their help. Would thoroughly recommend Snowberry Lane Clinic.

Excellent consultation with Suzanne for sun damage treatment. Very thorough and all options explored and explained with no pressure. Very happy with our decided plan of action. I particularly love the Dermaquest products that were recommended. There are noticeable improvements in my skin only a week down the line of using them. Thank you so much!

I recently had a Lipoma removed from my neck at Snowberry Lane Clinic.
I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The procedure was carried out by Dr Rebekah Gabriel assisted by Rosie and both were absolutely excellent.
They took the time to ensure I was comfortable and reassured throughout. Their calm, caring and friendly manner put me at ease and made the experience straightforward and relaxed.
Everything was fully explained to me before the operation and I received a call from the clinic the day after to carry out a post op review and to check on my progress.
