Jodat is incredibly professional and friendly! I have had a dozen laser facial hair removal sessions with Jodat and she always maintains a high standard of cleanliness. I feel comfortable and taken care of.

Leanne at Skin Clinic in Weybridge has been absolutely fantastic. She’s highly professional, meticulous with record-keeping, and ensures that every practitioner is fully informed about my treatment plan. Her calm and reassuring manner puts me at ease before, during, and after what can be quite a painful and intrusive procedure. Thanks to Leanne, I feel genuinely cared for and confident in the clinic’s approach. She has completely restored my faith in Skin, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking expert care in a supportive environment.

Leanne is always excellent!! She’s consistently been great, thorough and precise. She makes the laser process very fast and comfortable.

I’ve had laser treatment with Leanne at the Weybridge clinic for several months and currently part way through my course of treatments. Leanne is highly professional, experienced and friendly and put me at ease from the first session! I’m already seeing great results and it’s been worth every penny. I’ve also spoken to several members of staff who are equally lovely. I look forward to having other treatments there in the near future.

I had some forehead Botox at the Weybridge clinic.

The “doctor” clearly wasn’t listening, and I should have paid attention to the fact that despite claiming to be a medical doctor she had never heard of a very mainstream medication.

I was nervous, and asked for a very minimal amount and minimal effect. I repeated this request as she was about to inject and she’d clearly already forgotten.

I had appalling bruising - a large swelling with green discolouration like a huge bruise. The longer term effects have been worse. My entire brow has drooped and those that know me keep asking why I look so tired/upset/angry.

I called the clinic with my concerns and was told I couldn’t see a different doctor for a review for a month. They did then offer an appointment with a nurse at an alternative clinic, but when I went for this appointment the nurse had no idea I was unhappy, and never having met me before felt able to tell me “it doesn’t look that bad and there’s nothing I can do anyway”

I appreciate there are risks of poor outcomes with any procedure, but the aftercare after such a disastrous result has been absolutely shocking. Additionally, these risks were not covered verbally with the initial doctor, although I suspect were written in the huge document on the iPad I had to sign before the procedure.

There have been phone calls and apologies, but this company should be ashamed of themselves.

Jodat is a great practitioner, she provides me with good products information and excellent explanations. I am so happy with her. I have recommended her service to my friends and family. Once I have missed my appointment and she kindly rescheduled it for a same day.

Leanne is a credit to the company; extremely good at her job, super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I know I'm in excellent hands when I have a treatment with her and I'm so glad that she comes over to the Weybridge branch.

After the liquidation of Sk:n I received an email with an offer of money off a treatment. However the new clinic in Weybridge did not honour this.
The Dr. they said I would see is not the one I saw but worse than that I had a consultation and 2 weeks later she could not remember me!! She didn't bother to refer to her notes as a reminder and asked the same questions. I was not filled with any confidence.

I have been a Skiin loyal customer for over a year. I was a bit shocked when they went into administration buy went back to them and found out the staff I used to see are still there. They fill me up with confidence and I'd go wherever they are because they are honest. Page and Chloe.

I got a hydra facial today for the first time and my skin felt so smooth and refreshed. My face was glowing after! Such a friendly and warm team.

The team at Weybridge really made me feel at east for my first time getting a facial.

I did not know anything about skin care but Chloe and Paige were really informative and explained everything step by step and I left feeling glowing, cleansed and rejuvenated!!!!

I paid a deposit for a treatment. I was not advised my appointment was cancelled - in fact I was sent an appointment reminder on 14th July, also telling me their policy if I failed to show up. Arrived on 17th July and the clinic was shut. Deposit not returned to me, so sadly, I won’t be parting with any more money with this company, due to lack of trust this could happen again. I’ve found an alternative practitioner who is far more cost effective.

Charged me and the place has gone bust. I have an ongoing dispute raised

I drove 45 mins to my appointment for a facial, to arrive to a sign on the door that said this business had closed down two days before. So i have lost the money paid in advance for a block booking of facials, time and petrol costs for my 1.5 hour round trip - very disappointed to say the least!!

I have been seeing Dr Toni for a number of years now. I trust her 100%. Her advice regarding what’s needed is always spot on and the results have always been excellent. She’s lovely and I can’t sing her praises highly enough
