Fantastic oroducts. Deluvered by mail so no trudging to shops carrying hwavy boxes or tubs. Love how easy it is to order, change delivery dates and get things sooner if needed or even put deliveries back if you need to. Highly recommend and have referred family and friends to smol.

It’s easy to manage orders online. Emails letting me know when items are arriving are very helpful.
The products are great, effective and smell nice!
Having these items delivered rather than lugging them from the supermarket is good too, also knowing that I'm using less plastic by using Smol.
However, I still find the packaging for the laundry and dishwasher items is challenging and difficult to open.

I’m really enjoying the products so far and really had planned on continuing on purchasing refills as and when needed. It is very difficult to navigate the website to make one off purchases rather than being auto enrolled in an auto repeat scheme. Yes it can be adjusted to a reasonable distance ahead but it really rubs me the wrong way as it feels like a target for people who forget to cancel subscriptions. I want to be able to purchase the tablet refills by themselves without having to figure out the complexities of cancelling the auto sub. Other than that I recommend the products.

The products smell great & do the job that they advertise! I also feel fairly guilt free when washing or putting my dishwasher on - protecting my family from all the nasties.

Good products. Easy ordering process, and fast delivery.

Their dishwasher tablets remove all the tea stains in my mugs. Smol lost a star because I wish they were better at avoiding harmful chemicals, but the tablets are so much less harmful than the leading mainstream brands. They don’t cut through grease as well, so occasionally I’ve found silicone items come out with a residue if there were too many oily items in the load, but it’s not a frequent enough problem to matter. And I’ll sacrifice a bit of quality in the name of my health and the environment.

Absolutely love all the products I order from Smol, they have changed everything and I have recommended to all my family and friends who now also order regularly. The scents are all lovely plus it also saves me going to the shop to purchase with them all been delivered to my door.

I've been using Smol laundry capsules and dishwasher tabs for several months now, and find them effective and easy to use. I like the fact that they come in recyclable cardboard packaging which has helped me reduce my plastic use.

It's great to feel I'm reducing harm to the world. All the products are great quality, the laundry capsules smell amazing! The subscription is so easy to manage and it's good to know I don't have to remember to put cleaning products on my shopping list ever again!

We've used Smol for several years for washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, laundry capsules and fabric conditioner. They are all good quality products and we like the eco-friendly packaging and that we can adjust the delivery schedule if we need to. On the rare occasions when something goes wrong with a delivery, their customer service is excellent, and problems are quickly resolved.
