It’s not been an easy experience for us due to one thing or another with our chain being so volatile. Buying and selling houses is so stressful and so expensive so nobody is ever at their best but I am pleased I chose Sowerbys as my estate agent as I have found the staff honest and easy to communicate with. Louie was lovely to work with initially and the aftercare team have been phenomenal chasing the details and keeping us updated. All i can say is thank god we all made it here despite the ups and downs I would recommend Sowerbys as an estate agent to anyone. Never again tho!!

Terie was excellent throughout our purchase. She kept us regularly updated and worked hard to coordinate progress between the solicitors, purchasers and sellers across the chain. Her communication was always clear, helpful and reassuring, particularly when matters became complicated or progress slowed. Popped into Sowerbys Hunstanton to start the first steps to relocating to the area ,met Michael who offered practical and very helpful advice then in turn had a viewing of a local property where we met Alison Whitaker who was incredibly professional and helpful, made the whole experience an enjoyable one . As a buyer we were more impressed with Sowerbys than other agents we came across during our search. They were professional, helpful and “on the case”, following up on each viewing, pushing the transaction along, arranging quotes from conveyancers, surveyors and removals. They facilitated plenty of visits to the house after the sale had been agreed and were good at updating us every week.
Terie was very helpful as was Louie, Katie and Nick.

The team are very professional but also friendly and caring. It was a very long and complicated purchase of our house, but none of the delay was caused by Sowerbys. It was frustrating and worrying for us but when I rang the office or called in there was always someone to answer my query or listen to my frustration!
