However, it is not about Spaces but the members, hopefully those minorities will have more self-control and not to spoil their right to use the area.

Spaces Wai Yip Street office has a great location. It is convenient to commute. It's close to the seashore and has great view. The team is nice and supportive. And the working environment makes people feel energetic and vivid. However it is regretful that, at the 2nd floor, there was a comfortable and nice-view public space and it was remodeled into private rooms.
