The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the ease of making the reservation for the conference room followed by the exceptional hospitality extended on site by the Community Manager, Elena Cruz, at the Coral Gables, FL. location - it was truly remarkable.
I was overcharged 12k and have spent close to 2 months trying to get credit back. Thus far, I have only received about 5k. I have contacted the help customer service online several times-but they havent resolved. The office manager, Elena, has been wonderful! However, the billing and accounting department has been unresponsive. Anything the customer service team could do to escalate would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Due to changes in your start date, we had to reissue invoices, which led to overpayments from previous transactions. While we processed refunds for these overpayments, some were unsuccessful due to conflicts with the chargebacks you initiated.
A member of my team has been in touch to arrange the reprocessing of the overpayments.
