Playing games with me
I signed up for a virtual office for my new business. They refused to give me the information I needed to apply for my certificate of occupancy that is needed for my business license. They stated that they only provide that information for physical office clients and that I would need to upgrade to get that information. The never disclosed this at the beginning and could not provide where in the contract or policy that is the case. I had to change to a different office company to get my business licensed and now they will not cancel my one year contract although they said it could be canceled at any time.

I apologise if you are not completely satisfied with the service.
Spaces have our own certificate of occupancy with our company details; these cannot be shared by other companies as they have our legal, company details. In addition, as you have a virtual office, you don't occupy a physical space in the building. The local manager has already given you all the details of how to apply for a certificate of occupancy for your own company through government websites and provided many details regarding this so I am surprised to see your complaint. If you have any follow up questions for him he will be happy to answer them.
