We rented a space for our startup all…

We rented a space for our startup all hands meeting. The room was ready when we got there, we had a tv and white board in the room with internet access. Everyone was friendly and nice. Highly recommend! We will be using in the future!

Classy look / Horrible experience

The worst.
1. Wrong size office - smaller than quoted and didn’t change price
2. Horrible reception - couldn’t take calls in my office on Verizon
3. Hidden charges - beware
4. Everything costs extra

I’m very sorry to hear that your recent experience at the centre has not met expectations, however, I must address your comments, as they misrepresent the facts.
As for office size issue, your centre team considered all viable options, including expanding your current space or relocating to another site, but you declined the proposal.
The phone reception issue was traced back to your device setup and the centre team helped you resolve it efficiently.
Transparency is fundamental to us, the details of the charges and services are outlined in your agreement; you were billed according to it.
Please note that you can review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time using your online account by logging on to myspacesworks.com.

Awesome!.. Except one thing

Excellent customer service! The front desk workers are wonderful! The space in general is awesome! Only downside, which might make us move is that there is so much echo in the hallways and people keep having demos, interviews, calls in the hallways and keeping their doors open while conversing which makes it really loud.
