Cancellation policy is bogus in Calabasas, CA. I rented a space and within in the guarantee period cancelled. Was charged anyway. Pinged on my credit card and declined the cancellation. I'm so PISSED - will never use this again and warning you too. Go find a coffee shop or other. Note: Calabasas now charges to park. SERIOUSLY? Another reason to RUN FAST

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the meeting room cancellation fee.
Meeting room bookings are subject to a cancellation policy, which is communicated at the time of booking which you can check online at myspacesworks.com. The fee is applied when a reservation is cancelled outside the allowed notice period, as the room has been reserved exclusively and may no longer be available for other customers.
We appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we are sorry for any disappointment this has caused. A member of my team has contacted you to discuss your booking in more detail and find possible solutions but did not hear back from you.
