West Hartford Spaces has been a fantastic experience from the start. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for productivity, making it ideal for most types of work. I began with a day office membership (private office at any location in the US!) then transitioned to a dedicated office exclusively at Spaces.

The location is unmatched and cannot be compared to the sister brand Regus. Regus is quite basic, even comparing the Farmington and South Main sites. At Spaces, parking is plentiful and easy, and all the essentials like Wi-Fi, comfortable furniture, and kitchen amenities are provided. It’s truly a "just bring your laptop and go" environment, which is perfect for hybrid or WFH folks and small businesses as well. The site can be used to host clients for appointments and the center has "alternative" spaces to sit if enjoy a change of scenery out in main area booths, tables, etc.

What really sets Spaces apart, though, is the outstanding service. Jessica, the site director, is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. She creates a welcoming environment, and her team (Maddie at reception, Meg in Sales) reflects that same level of professionalism and care. The staff genuinely makes the entire experience feel seamless and enjoyable. The one downside is that corporate side services could be greatly improved - invoicing and backend functionality is sneaky, difficult to correct and a pain at times. Better sound proofing would improve offices as well. And as the branded co-working site, corporate should provide more events for site users to mingle like beer tastings, professional development, pot a plant, morale type things.

I highly recommend Spaces in West Hartford for anyone looking for a reliable and flexible workspace.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the West Hartford Spaces Virtual Office. I contracted their services in January 2023, specifically for mail scanning, which was only performed during the first month. After that, the service ceased, and I received none of my important mail, despite being continuously billed.

The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. Despite multiple communications and clear evidence of their failure to fulfill the contracted service, they refused to provide a refund.

The billing was unclear and did not match the information on their website. Even when provided with proof of their lapses, they only offered to "try" and request a credit for mail handling services, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.

I am now pursuing chargebacks through my credit card company and filing a claim in small claims court to recover the funds paid for undelivered services. I also plan to seek damages for the inconvenience and expenses incurred.

I would not recommend West Hartford Spaces Virtual Office to anyone due to their failure to deliver on their promises and their poor handling of customer concerns. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable service provider.
