Customer services is not supportive, dont listen to client, try to close the case as soon as possible without solving the issue (i’m talking about the global CS team who is dealing with questions raised on system, not local team)
Secondly, the meeting room cancel policy does not make sense, almost hotel allow to cancel free of charge just one day before checkin day, while you here request 5-day notice?

Hi Phuong, I understand and appreciate that you’re disappointed, and would like to help.
Our helpdesk team are always available to support our customers with payment, billing and account-related questions. We ensure that all our customer’s queries were answered and provide an end-to-end resolution to their concerns.
We understand that your main issue is that you are unhappy with the meeting room cancellation policy which requires advance notice prior to the booking date.
Once a meeting room is booked, the room will then be marked as unavailable for such date and time, to any other booker. We understand that you no longer need this booking, but since it wasn’t cancelled on time, other potential customers were unable to use that room therefore, the reservation cost remains liable. Please note that you can easily cancel your bookings, as long as you give us enough notice and as displayed in our booking/cancellation policies which allows other potential customers to book the meeting room. These are provided during the booking stage.
