How disrespectful can you treat customers
We came here because of accessibility, full service and flexibility. Would we still do it? No, we feel like we're being captured here and as a ripp-off. The value for money is hard to find. The rental price for the same space has increased by more than 50% in 3 years while the office market is struggling. Management here would rather see a customer leave than sit around the table and keep the customer. Very curious whether new tenants will pay +/- €5000/month for 35 m². I wonder how many companies are still willing to pay this...and for years to come. To avoid discussions, the staff only communicates (and with a lot of delay) by email. I don't think Mark Dixon is close to it any time soon. Not his style

I have coordinated this with your centre team, and they confirmed one of your colleagues has requested a move to a bigger room in November 2023. Your monthly service fee increased due to this move. This was clarified to your colleague before the move, and they have accepted it.
