I booked online for a 3.5 hour work session, with unlimited tea and coffee. Arrived and was made to wait in the hot sun for 30 minutes at the complex gate because I didn't have an access code and nobody was answering the phone in the reception.
When I finally got access, their coffee was weak, the background noise in the office space was so loud I had to use my noise cancelling headphones to focus. Then I found out that there was no such thing as "Unlimited coffee" despite me paying for it. The fault was blamed on the Regus site I used to make the booking, but the same option is offered on the Spaces website too. So both sites offer it, but apparently the offer is not honoured at this Spaces.
After only being given access 30 mins after my booked time slot, I eventually left early because it was such an unpleasant experience.
I was made promises that this would all be rectified on my bill, given many apologies for the problems - and yet today I was billed for the full amount (both time and the "unlimited tea & coffee" option).
Update 1: I emailed the person below as requested and heard nothing. My support ticket has now been closed and I am nowhere closer to having the charges removed from my account.
Update 2 (15 October 2025): My mails to the email address below have bounced back to me as undeliverable. I googled a bit and have now attempted to contact Lorraine on their Regus.com email address. I have received a partial credit for one part of the problem, but not the full problem, still with no response from the local team themselves on the issue.
Update 3 (17 October 2025): Someone from Lorraine's team got hold of me, and processed a full credit on my Spaces for future Spaces visits. I asked the team to rather send the money back to my bank, and they did.
It does seem that the only way to resolve issues is via Lorraine's team, and the only way to get in contact with them is via a negative TrustPilot review. Their in-person and standard support teams genuinely don't seem to care, but at least there is a way to get things resolved.
I've revised my rating of this branch from a 1 to a 2 star since the problem is resolved now. I'd have made it a 3, but it shouldn't take this much effort to get support and future visitors need to be aware of that.

The venue was centrally located, making it convenient for all attendees. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The meeting room was well-equipped, and the additional facilities provided contributed to a successful and productive week.
