The blinds in my office broke, which allowed the morning sun directly onto my desk meaning I couldn't read my screen. The problem was not rectified for six weeks despite repeated requests, making my office unusable. Management was unapologetic and no compensation was offered.

Focused work in a feel-good atmosphere
It's nice when a company hasn't lost its personal atmosphere despite its size. I always feel very comfortable in my "Home Center" in Zurich Seefeld. Brigitte, the center manager, makes sure that this place spreads a special atmosphere where you can concentrate on your work and meet great people.
