Termination process is a giant pain in…

Termination process is a giant pain in the ass. I'm inclined to think that they intentionally made this process as well as the process to get my retainer back as hard as possible. Just so everyone knows, you need to give them your last invoice and proof of payment, go on their most ridiculous website where everything seems to be hidden, then fill out a form that turns blank every time you go to it. Just for this bs alone, I don't recommend Spaces, look somewhere else.

It is true that we ask customers to request their retainers through their online accounts (myspacesworks.com) but this is only for security reasons. We want to ensure that the retainer is refunded only to the correct source; this is also communicated to you when you initially join us.
