Keine Empfehlung

Eigentlich ein gutes Angebot. Ich mag die Spaces und vor allem Day Offices. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Spaces ist dagegen leider eine Katastrophe. Einzelverträge statt Team-Verträge, kein zentrales Management. Ansprechpartner sind nett, aber hilflos wenig bemüht. Finger weg!

es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie unzufrieden sind.
Unsere Standardmitgliedschaften werden individuell vergeben. Wir bieten auch eine Unternehmenslösung an, mit der ein Administrator mehrere Konten verwalten kann; für diese Option sind jedoch mindestens 10 Mitgliedschaften erforderlich. Da Sie 3 Mitgliedschaften erworben haben, wird jede davon separat einzelnen Nutzern zugewiesen.
Ich verstehe Ihren Wunsch, einen der Verträge vorzeitig zum 31. März 2026 zu kündigen. Da es sich jedoch um einen unterzeichneten Vertrag handelt, stellt dieser eine formelle Verpflichtung dar und kann nicht vor seinem Ablaufdatum beendet werden.
Einer meiner Mitarbeiter hat Sie diesbezüglich bereits kontaktiert. Bitte antworten Sie ihm, um weitere Unterstützung zu erhalten.
