Jessica was our primary contact, and the amount of follow up calls she took the time to make was incredible. I thought I was persistent, but she really did make the whole experience that little bit easier.

What was also great was when Jessica went on leave, we weren’t left to wait around. A handover was completed so that we had support from Sam (thank you, Sam) when it was needed.
